A group of competent, creative specialists who constantly improve their professional qualifications, love their work, search for new products and innovations with passion, go far beyond the traditional area and scope of responsibilities of a technologist. The process of introducing new products, recipes or changes to the existing ones is always carefully prepared and preceded by detailed analyzes. We carry out tests, we examine organoleptics, both during internal panels, as well as in cooperation with the largest research agencies. Thanks to a modern laboratory with a pilot line, we are able to prepare prototypes of almost all ice cream we produce on a laboratory scale. Our specialists carefully supervise the implementation of new products on high-performance production lines.
